The Chair of First Aid, Emergency and Civil Protection today organized an open class within the framework of the course "Emergency Situations and Key Issues of Civil Protection."
Perch Karapetyan, Head of the Department for Preparation and Coordination of RA Rescue Forces, lecturer at the Chair of First Aid, Emergency and Civil Protection, familiarized the four-year students of the Faculties of Special Education, Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, with defense structures and peculiarities of emergency exits during calamities and major accidents.
The students had an opportunity to watch a film on collapses, which made their theoretical knowledge more comprehensible and impressive
The professor, who was invited to the University to help improve teaching methods and educational activities, expressed his satisfaction with the students and praise their knowledge.
The event was attended by Mher Melik-Bakhshyan, ASPU Vice-Rector, Head of the Division of Coordination of Academic and Scientific-Methodological Activities, and Hakob Grigoryan, Acting Head of the Chair of First Aid, Emergency and Civil Protection.
