The Folk Songs Range, famous modern pop songs and dances; today the Pedagogical students and teaching –professorial team had an opportunity to once again enjoy another event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the University.
Talented students and graduates of different faculties of the Pedagogical, winners of different competitions Mher Galstyan, Samson Panyan, Mariam Movsisyan, Davit Hakobyan, Zhora Hakobyan, Anahit Sargsyan, Meri Qanqanyan, and Zhirayr Avagyan came to congratulate the anniversary of their native University.
In addition, award winner singers such as Eva Eganyan, Narek Avetisyan, graduates of the State Song Theatre Mariam Meliq-Bakhshyan, Emili Ghukasyan, Anahit Sargsyan also participated in the concert.
Besides, the participants of the event and future pedagogues, with the help of the concert hosts Artavazd Amiryan and Lucine Piroyan got acquainted with the history of the University and with the graduates who have a good name and reputation in a variety of spheres.
“This concert is a part of events within the framework of 90th anniversary of the University. We have talented students and
strong voices.
This is one of methods to develop aesthetic taste in future pedagogues. I am proud to have an opportunity after teaching at this University for many years, to introduce high culture to our students through the “Centre of Culture”,” the Director of the Centre, the organizer of the concert, Professor Arkady Shekunts mentioned at the end of the concert.
Moreover, on 17 October, popular American, European and Armenian symphonic music will fill the hall of the Faculty of Culture.
Likewise, within the framework of events arranged on the 90th anniversary of the ASPU a concert programme will be performed by the Armenian State Youth Symphonic Orchestra under the conduct of Sergey Smbatyan,
