Agreement with the RF “Institute of Corrective Pedagogy”

Today, the Pedagogical University and the “Institute of Corrective Pedagogy” of the Russian Academy of Education of Federal State Scientific Establishment signed a cooperation

 agreement.
 
The aim of the agreement is to provide mutual methodological, research and information assistance in the fields of corrective pedagogy and special psychology.
 
“It’s a great honour for me to welcome the Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Academician and a leading specialist in the sphere of corrective pedagogy Nikolay Malofeev at our University. Application of your professional skills in daily life strongly fosters social development. I am assured and glad to know that our cooperation will serve as solid basis for effective implementation of practical work,” Rouben Mirzakhanyan mentioned.
 
 The Director of the Russian Educational Academy “Corrective Pedagogy Institute”, in his turn, noted that they had passed a long way with Armenian field specialists. Moreover, the Academician is convinced in the fact that Special Education is on a high level in Armenia, and due to this cooperation there are new horizons to open.
 
“When two “old” establishments join, success is guaranteed,” Nikolay Malofeev assured.
 

The formal part of the meeting was followed by his exceptional lecture with the participation of students and teaching-professorial team of the Faculty of Special Education.
 
More to the point, the field specialist spoke about the problems of those who have special requirements of educational conditions and the existing flaws in the sphere. The latter outlined the importance of giving early diagnosis to the illness and convinced of the fact that it was the best guarantee for those with limited capabilities to become integrated into the society.
 

And last but not least, to conclude the lecture the Academician also introduced the electronic portal of the “Corrective Pedagogy Institute”.
