Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) hosted on October 23 a seminar exercise entitled “Pedagogues against AIDS” devoted to the World AIDS Day. The event was
organized by the ASPU Center for Professional Qualification Development and Intercollegiate Cooperation and “Nor Serund” (New Generation) Armenian youth organization.
Over 20 lecturers from different faculties of the university participated in the seminar exercise held under the slogan “To Get to Zero.” It was intended exclusively for the professorial staff.
A number of interactive methods were applied during the seminar, making the perception of the subject matter more efficient and comprehensible.
Upon the completion of the training seminar, all lecturers received certificates. They thanked the organizers, underlining the urgency and importance of the theme.
In the end, the participants requested the head of the Center for Professional Qualification Development and Intercollegiate Cooperation to regularly organize similar training seminars.
