A workshop on Active Learning in Optics and Photonics (ALOP Armenia 2012) will be held in Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) from 18 to 23 November.
The workshop will be held under the auspices of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
The ASPU will host a number of professors from France, Australia, US and Tunisia who will arrive in Armenia to participate in the event.
The workshop will also be attended by high-school physics teachers from Yerevan and marzes (provinces), young researchers, lecturers, MA students, degree seekers and postgraduate students [specializing in Optics and Photonics] from the ASPU, Yerevan State University, Gyumri State Pedagogical University, Artsakh State University and Tabriz University (Iran).
