Since early morning the students of different ASPU Faculties have been celebrating the Motherhood and Beauty Day in a cheerful mood and with warm wishes.
Flowers for female visitors and students of the University, flash-mobs, exhibition of hand-made works: all of the activities were initiated with respect to women, mothers, beauty and love.
The second year students of the Faculty of Primary Education expressed their love towards the mothers in their hand-made works such as pictures, puppets, works made of different materials.
The Head of the Chair of Preschool Pedagogy and Methodology Vladimir Karapetyan highlighted the importance of exhibiting the students’ works particularly on holidays assuring that it fostered competition among students, created new standards and made the learning process more interesting. Besides, the Professor assured that they were trying to find ways to encourage the students on various occasions, to change their daily routine and to make it colourful and attractive, just like their works.
“It is very important for the pedagogue to be able to raise love among the students towards beauty, transfer to them the skills and abilities of creating hand-made works”, mentioned the Associate Professor of Pre-School Pedagogy and Methodology Zhanna Khachatryan in her interview to old.aspu.am and put in that the works would be evaluated as students’ independent works.
Last but not least, the students of the Faculty of Biology, Chemistry and Geography also conveyed their congratulations on the holiday. The flash-mob prepared by a complex of dances of various nationalities was finalised by the Armenian qochary, followed by congratulations and compliments on April 7.
