Sergo Yeritsyan wrote the book in the last years of his life, using the materials at hand. The book was published in 2022. During one of his meetings with Vladimir Pozner, (a famous Russian television and radio commentator) in Yerevan, Yeristyan had told Pozner that he was going to compile [in a book] the Russian journalist’s interviews with Armenian guests and his thoughts about journalism.
The book is intended both for ordinary readers and representatives of the field of journalism, as Yeritsyan aimed to develop [through the book] the genre of interview based on Pazner’s theory.
The book also gives an idea about Pozner’s pro-Armenian stance, which began since his marriage to Valentina Chemberdzhi, a relative of Alexander Spendiaryan, a famous Armenian composer.
During the presentation, the speakers highly appreciated the important work done by Sergo Yeritsyan, saying the book stands out thanks to its modernity and unique combination of materials.
