KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Today, the ASPU Rector Rouben Mirzakhanyan awarded certificates to the participants of the training for specialists providing services to the University’ administrative staff.

 During the two-week training session lasting 28 hours the trainers gave them knowledge about the legislative field, information technologies, management skills and psychological skills on overcoming conflicts at workplace.

The employees introduced the Rector with their observations and suggestions on improving the trainings, particularly adding the hours for various subject and making them more comprehensive.

The Rector congratulated the employees’ New Year and Christmas whishing them new personal success and practical achievements. Moreover, he expressed hope that the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities will serve on arranging a more effective work process.
