KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Through the Erasmus+ DeSIRe Project, the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) hosted a training course for employees of various subdivisions of the ASPU.

The course covered topics related to modern and important skills, with the aim of increasing professional efficiency. The participants learned about the development of emotional and social intelligence, the skills in acquiring media and digital literacy, the definition of priorities and the decision-making process, and the shaping of creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

The training course provided the staff with the opportunity to enrich their knowledge and enhance practical skills in order to meet today’s demands.
