KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Within the scope of visits fostering pupils’ professional orientation, the lecturers of the ASPU Faculty of Primary Education, members of the Student Council, and the Director of the Museum Alvard Grigoryan visited the high-schools of Armavir region. 

On this occasion meetings were organized with the pupils and teachers of high-schools N1 and N4 of the Hoktember community and the school after Gay; during the meeting the Pedagogical University was presented along with its latest achievements, educational environment, admissions procedures and terms.

The Faculty responsible persons and representatives of the Student Council replied to the pupils’ questions and invited them to visit the Pedagogical University.

Furthermore, discussions were made about the importance of the profession of pedagogues and its privileges.

Within the framework of the same initiative the staff of the Faculty of Primary Education paid a visit to the high –school of the seminary after A. Shirakatsi, where an interesting surprise was awaiting the teachers and pupils; here the Faculty’s choir, conducted by Vachagan Navasardyan, congratulated those present on the occasion of spring holidays.
