The Department of Student Academic Mobility coordinates and monitors the work carried out by the relevant subdivisions of the University involved in the educational process:
• transfer of students (including intra-university) in accordance with [bachelor's, master's] programs,
• ensuring and monitoring of academic mobility of students
• in accordance with educational programs (bachelor's, master's) organization and collection of student data related to the educational process and entry of the data into the ASPU credit system database (enrollment order, reproof, transfer from course to course, academic leave, continuation of education, expulsion, etc.),
• organization and registration of orders related to students’ mobility (admission, expulsion, restoration of student rights, transfer, deferment, etc.),
• Organization and coordination of final qualifying examinations
• Preparation and registration of graduation documents
• other functions within the scope of its authority and as ordered by the University Rector
