PSYCHOLOGY OF DEVELOPMENT

Developmental psychology is a scientific approach that aims to explain growth, change, and consistency though the lifespan. Developmental psychology examines how thinking, feeling, and behavior change throughout a person’s life. Development al psychology has three goals: to describe, explain, and optimize human development. 

The purpose of the subject Psychology of Development is to present scientific knowledge in the field of age psychology presentation and transfer of data to learners, as well as the ability to accurately apply them in formation of skills. The main tasks of the course are:

  • to identify the problems of a person’s age division,
  • to present the most popular and accepted theories of age segmentation of a person
  • study each age stage of a person physically, mentally, socially and psychologically point of view
  • to familiarize with the crises encountered at each stage of a person’s age,
  • develop Appropriate skills to work with people of different age stages for,
  • discuss current issues in the given field.
