KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The 3rd international conference entitled "Current Problems of Teaching Russian as a Foreign Language and Issues in Linguistics” was held at ASPU On December 8.

On December 12, ASPU hosted Olga Machekhina, Professor of Moscow City Pedagogical University.

On November 23, ASPU hosted Babken Simonyan, a poet, public speaker, and translator.

On November 11, Shirak State University named after M. Nalbandian hosted a republican student conference which was also attended by ASPU representatives.

An international conference dedicated to the 90th birthday of Professor Bella Yesajanyan, a renowned educator and an expert in Russia, was held at ASPU on November 10.

A conference entitled “Holy Etchmiadzin –a Haven for Books” was held earlier this week on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the “Vatche and Tamar Manoukian” Matenadaran of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

On July 7, Mariam Ispiryan, ASPU Vice-Rector for Educational and Academic Affairs, handed over certificates to the participants of a general English training course for CEFR A2-B1 levels.
