KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

A group of leading specialists from Russia are at Armenian State Pedagogical University for a two-day visit. They arrived in Armenia at the invitation of the Chair of Sociology and Social Work, Faculty of Education Psychology and Sociology.

Today, the solemn opening ceremony of intercollegiate championship of various female and male team sports was held in a cordial and festive atmosphere at the Pedagogical University.

According to already formed tradition, the Rector of the Pedagogical University Rouben Mirzakhanyan had a meeting with the final year students of the University’s several Faculties on the threshold of the final qualification examinations.

April 18 is observed in many countries as International Day for Monuments and Sites (IDMS).

An international student conference entitled “Foreign Language Teaching in Multilingual Contexts” started at Armenian State Pedagogical University on April 18.

From 10-13 April, students’ workshop took place with the participation of the ASPU students organized within the framework of the ESPAQ Tempus project.

A solo exhibition of paintings by Lems Nersisyan, Professor at the Chair of Fine Arts, opened at the Artists' Union of Armenia on April 14.
