KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The annual conference of the ICOM (International Council of Museums) International Committee for Marketing and Public Relations was held in Amsterdam on October 1-5.

The Tekeyan Centre hosted presentation of a book by Sergo Yeritsyan, Doctor of Philology and Professor at Armenian State Pedagogical University.

The favourite musician Armen Tutunjyan, who was at the basis of bringing jazz to Armenia, passed away at the age of 73.

The final concert of the graduates of Department of Choreographic Pedagogy of the Pedagogical University took place at the National Academic Theatre after G. Sundukyan.

President Serzh Sargsyan bestowed state awards and honorary titles on a group of individuals on the occasion of Republic Day.

An event dedicated to Associate Professor Marina Stepanyan was organized at the ASPU. Participating in the event, which was entitled “Forty Years at the University,” were students of Music Department of the Faculty of Culture.

A concert dedicated to the May victories was organized at the Faculty of Culture by the students of the Chair of Music.
