KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

May 24 is celebrated in Russia as the Day of Slavic Writing which was created 1150 years ago.

The Chair of Foreign Literature of Armenian State Pedagogical University has come up with another initiative. The Chair organized a matinee dedicated to famous Armenian writer Hovhannes Tumanyan, who is often called "All-Armenian poet."

The Chair of German Language of the Faculty of Foreign Languages staged Charles Perrault’s “Little Red Riding Hood” at the secondary school of Argavand community in Armavir marz (province).

From 23-28 April, the students of the Faculty of Education Psychology and Sociology and the Faculty of Foreign Languages Mariam Yevdokimova and Teni Harutyunyan participated in the international Olympiad.

A few days ago, a round table discussion was organized at the Pedagogical University’s newly opened “Pushkin Institute” Russian Language Teaching and Testing Centre.

A series of events dedicated to the Russian language were held at various faculties of Armenian State Pedagogical University upon the initiative of the Chair of Russian Language.

A series of events initiated by the Chair of Russian Language started at the ASPU which aim to involve students in different initiatives dedicated to the traditions of different nations of the world.
